• May be monitored and controlled remotely via an Ethernet network or phone lines using PC software.
• Allows the service contractor to diagnose and correct certain problems remotely without a call out to the site. In the event of a call out, the service tech would be able to anticipate the problem and possibly have the replacement parts on hand to minimize equipment down time.
